We do a lot of these things, or simi...Great ideas! We do a lot of these things, or similar ones, too. I love to read Christmas or winter themed chapter books to my kids. Last year it was The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. This year it's Miracle on 34th Street by Valentine Davies, and Snowbound with Betsy by Carolyn Haywood.<br />We also love to pack Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes, although those get turned in before Thanksgiving. When the kids are a little older, I'd like to volunteer at the Operation Christmas Child processing center in Charlotte, NC (our hometown). Selahnoreply@blogger.com
